Our Label and Tag Printing Services
BTS relieves customers of the hassles involved with printing their own labels and tags. Our Service Bureau will print labels for you to your specifications, including barcodes, text, images, sequential numbers, various designs and formats, multiple colors, and more. We can accommodate any size, quantity, style, material, colors, and text formats, and we’re happy to help you assess your requirements and determine the best solution for your individual needs.
Our comprehensive industry knowledge and experience ensures that our customers receive the most economical and effective tag or label for their needs. We can handle any job, and our available printing technologies enable us to meet requirements for unique or harsh application environments. Some of our capabilities include:

The printer operators in our Service Bureau are also trained repair technicians. This means that they thoroughly understand the intricacies of every machine, enabling them to determine optimal settings for every job. They can also identify any potential equipment problems as they arise, so they won’t impact customer lead times.
Our printing technicians use NiceLabel and BarTender printing management software, which facilitate design and printing on almost any label material, including rough materials. Our team’s expertise also allows us to make informed material suggestions that will deliver optimal label performance in the final application environment. Tag materials come with their own unique set of characteristics, such as thickness, coating, notches, and more.

Quality Assurance
We pay close attention to quality on every printing run and we only use the absolute best materials and state-of-the-art equipment. We use visual inspection and verification test equipment to measure barcodes and make sure they are printed within relevant industry standards.
Our flexographic printing presses include integrated visual inspection equipment that verifies label production and quality using strobing equipment. For digital printing jobs, we perform a two-phase visual inspection and confirmation to check for quality.
We stand behind all our services. If a customer is dissatisfied with the labels or tags that we print, we won’t charge for the erroneous run and will reprint them at 20% off the original project quote.
Label and Tag Printing From the BTS Service Bureau
We can handle most printing jobs with short lead times of 1–2 days, while some jobs can even be completed overnight. We can also facilitate split shipments for rush orders, allowing our customers to progress their labeling or tagging operations while we print the rest of the run.
